Once you have started the appliance you can access the appliance with your webbrowser on the Ip address you assigned to the appliance: http://ipaddress/phpmyadmin
The VACP (Virtual Appliance Control Panel) can be reached at http://ipaddress:8080
If you did not change (not recommended) the username and password it will be:
User: administrator
Password: applianceforge
The password can also be changed through the controlpanel itself.
The root password for the mysql database is: applianceforge
