How do I start ?
The best way is to experiment, a picture is worth a thousand words but an experience is worth more then a thousand pictures. Just start an appliances through your account in the webbrowser. You can then configure it to your own needs and play around. You do not need to purchase longterm contract and the price is very competitive. You can try it for just a day for under 2 euros. Imagine al the time you save by being able to instantly run professional software whitout the need to install it.
What is the initial password of the appliance?
The initial username of the appliances is set once youe ordered the appliance. After that you can change it. each appliance is provided with instructions how to do that.
I want my present (sub)domain to be the name of the appliance ?
Through your domainregisterer you are able to redirect a certain (sub)domain to the Unique IP-number of your appliance. The unique IP-number of the appliance is visible in your account. Once you have done that it might take some time (between 10-24 hours) before every internet user will be able to see the appliance through that domainname. In the mean time you can access it though your Unique IP-number or the unique domainname we have assigned to it.
How long do you retain an appliance after I have stoppped paying for the service
We retain the appliance for a month. If you have not restarted paying for the hosting service you will not be able to reactivate the appliance.
